Mayvin® is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant Level 2 to provide procurement requirements support to Special Operation Forces (SOF). This position is located in Lexington, Ky. This is a Temporary Full Time position NTE 6 months.

Active Secret clearance is required.
• Disposition of incoming calls • Calendar and appointment management • Travel reservations • Expense report preparation and submission • Maintaining office supplies • Preparation of presentations and reports as assigned • Primary meeting support (scheduling, Skype, dial-in phone numbers, charts) • Meeting/event planning (catering, visit requests, facility/venue scheduling) • Managing and coordinating conference room schedules and utilization • Managing shared vacation & out of office calendars (Sharepoint and Outlook) • Maintaining group calendar and other group-related information • Manage office space via interfaces with Facilities for layout changes, repairs, and maintenance • Maintain office seating maps and email Outlook distributions • Manage miscellaneous office equipment including conference room I.T. equipment and office telephone headsets
• Highly professional demeanor • Extensive MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Extensive experience with Skype for Business, the use of dial-in numbers, and general meeting support activities • Experience scheduling, setting up, and running multi-site meetings • Ability to multi-task and solve technical challenges quickly and under pressure (e.g., glitches in Skype or VTC connection) • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities • Knowledge of the Visitor Request process and systems • Strict discretion is a must as is the ability to interface appropriately with employees and customers at all business levels.
