    Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Program Analyst III position for an effort in support of Joint Enterprise Omnibus Program, Engineering, and Technical Support (JE-OPETS) Contract for acquisition support. This objective of this effort is to optimize performance and maximize efficiencies in the areas of funding, schedule, contract management, program management, and execution in the program management offices. The position will be located at Joint Project Manager Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Contamination Avoidance (JPM NBC CA) in Edgewood, MD and is contingent upon task order award.


    You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered. Active Secret clearance is required.


    • Provide input to support annual, monthly, and weekly recurring reports, as needed.
    • Brief leadership on the status of program reviews and recurring reports.
    • Communicate programmatic issues, concerns, and information.
    • Track the status of action items, meeting minutes, program milestones, and monthly reports.
    • Ensure that product teams are aware of deadlines, assignments, and objectives.
    • Provide updates on issues, upcoming meetings, briefings, and taskers related to assigned projects, both orally and in written form. 
    • Assist in the review, preparation, and submission of responses to formal taskers related to acquisition and program office operations.
    • Serve as an SME in program and budgetary matters, status of funds, attending and participating in Budget Execution Reports (BERs), IPTs, and other key meetings.
    • Update and submit monthly Acquisition Status Reports (ASRs)
    • Complete various SASI taskers and other internal taskers for JPEO-CBRND HQ and senior leadership in the front office.
    • Complete various forms (e.g., UFRs, etc.).
    • Maintain contact with OGAs to manage MOAs and MOUs and to discuss budgetary and financial matters.
    • Provide program analysis and support to all relevant programs, assisting to identify, assess, manage, and mitigate program risk; assisting to prepare P&R forms; drafting and maintaining budget spend plans; and monitoring obligations, disbursement of funds, and changes in program cost, performance, and schedule.
    • Provide necessary financial reports to team members for submission to GFEBS & JSCBIS.
    • Assist in the development of contract and financial documents (e.g., SPS PRs, etc.) for submission to GFEBS.
    • Update pertinent financial data in all Government systems (e.g., JSCBIS, etc.) and program updates.
    • Analyze, develop, and refine acquisition, business, and financial strategies, as well as Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions to JPEO-CBRND.



    • Bachelors degree from an accredited university highly preferred but not required.


    • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.


    • Contractor shall be able to work in a fast paced, agile work environment to answer short suspense’s and taskers.
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong communication, organizational, creative, analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks.
