    Mayvin® is currently seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist (ICS) to provide logistics and inventory support to N4 department within Naval Special Warfare Group TEN (NSWG-10), Special Reconnaissance Team-ONE (SRT-1). This position will be located on Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, CA. Candidates should have experience in Expeditionary Logistics and be proficient in the Special Warfare Automated Logistics Information System (SWALIS), Special Warfare Information Fast Tracker (SWIFT) BIZFLOW system, Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Warehouse Module, Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Property Accountability, and Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS).

     

    You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered. Active Secret clearance is required.

    This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Logistics Officer by using DPAS, DPAS Warehouse Module, DPAS Property Accountability, SWALIS, and COLTS
    • Administrative inventory control and accountability, and maintenance of property accountability records, to include a complete trail of all transactions suitable for audit
    • Establish and maintain records of property accountability systems, including a complete trail of all transactions suitable for audit
    • Marks and tracks property received and issued in government barcoding system
    • Issues custody receipts and/or similar documents designed to assign responsibility for property
    • Physical inventory control and accountability through secured spaces and storage units, access lists, marking and tracking property received and issued
    • Assist the Logistics Officer by adding and removing equipment and supplies from all inventory databases, to include properly disposing of items through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), the Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA), and the Special Operations Forces Tactical Assured Connectivity System (SOFTACS)
    • Provide guidance to command personnel on related supplies and services
    • Contractor must be familiar with NSW Property equipment

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is highly preferred but not required

    Clearance:

    • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Current Secret clearance is required

    Required:

    • Minimum of four years of prior DOD experience is required
    • Two year SWALIS or similar government inventory management system experience
    • Strong business acumen
    • Strong communication, organizational, creative, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
    • Ability to work in a team environment
