    Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Program Manager (PM) position for an effort in support of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Consolidated Storage Program (CSP). This effort will provide technical services support within the Marine Corps Logistics Command. Support will focus around Quality Assurance; Logistics Support; Maintenance Planning and Management; Storage and Transportation; Technical support; Support Equipment; Training and Training Support; Manpower and Personnel; Facilities and Infrastructure; and Information Technology and Computer Resource Support in support of the CSP Program Management Office (PMO). 

     

    This position is located at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany in Albany, GA; some travel will be required

     

    You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered. Active Secret clearance is required.

    Responsibilities

    • The PM is the primary decision maker in all matters relating to the contract and is the direct interface between the Contractor and the CSP PMO.
    • The PM is responsible for Contractor personnel located at over 50 global sites, they are expected to have the level of knowledge required to manage global logistics covering at least 3 MEF regions, a $2 plus billion dollar inventory, interagency/joint logistics, fund management, Information Technology/Automated Information Systems, etc.
    • The PM should be a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in various facets of logistics and management, capable of exercising the flexibility often required when supporting Marine Operating Forces, or other authorized CSP customers.
    • The PM is responsible for all Contractor personnel issues including but not limited to:
      • personnel administration (regulatory and medical)
      • dress code
      • safety
      • training
      • standards of conduct
      • CAC requirements
      • overseas personnel requirements (regulatory and medical)
      • areas related to the performance of this contract.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • A Master’s degree in a relevant area is preferred (e.g., Supply Chain Management, or Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management). Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management, 4 years of demonstrated leadership, and at least 4 years of program management experience, or;
    • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is preferred (e.g., Supply Chain Management, or Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management). Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management, 5 years of demonstrated leadership, and at least 4 years of program management experience, or;
    • At least 15 years of experience in any combination of supply chain management, business management, information technology, project management, 10 years of demonstrated leadership, and at least 5 years of program management experience.

    Clearance:

    • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

    Experience

    • Military background, specifically USMC highly preferred
    • Possess written and oral communications skills, to include public speaking.
    • Possess excellent supervision/management, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and to prioritize appropriately.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
    • Possess a solid track record of delivering excellent customer service.
