Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) Role Player/Surveillance Team Coordinator position. JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence (CI) training to the Department of Defense (DoD), which includes CI Operations, collection investigations, functional services, and analysis. JCITA is also responsible for training DoD Security Operations personnel. The Role Player/Surveillance Team Coordinator shall be responsible for scheduling and coordinating role player and surveillance teams to support practical exercises associated with JCITA course offerings.
This position is located in Quantico, VA; travel will be required.
You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Become familiar with the courses being taught and the role that surveillance and role players play in the execution of practical exercises.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the contract surveillance teams and role players and the JCITA course teams.
The Role Player/Surveillance Team Coordinator shall ensure surveillance teams are operating within established training guidelines and in accordance with learning objectives.
Ensure surveillance team reports are accurate, complete and submitted on time.
Work jointly with other instructors and SMEs in support of learning objectives.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience planning, creating, and staffing complex work schedules based on customer priorities and requirements.
Broad knowledge of surveillance techniques and strong oral communication skills.
Possess a valid US driver's license and have hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
JCITA training background highly preferred.
