Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) Role Player/Surveillance Onsite Lead position. JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence (CI) training to the Department of Defense (DoD), which includes CI Operations, collection investigations, functional services, and analysis. JCITA is also responsible for training DoD Security Operations personnel. The Onsite Lead will possesses significant experience providing day-to-day management and supervision of contract personnel and support operations, potentially involving multiple tasks with large groups of personnel across multiple locations.
This position is located in Quantico, VA; travel will be required.
You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Responsible for capturing, filling, and de-conflicting all requirements for role players and surveillance teams in order to support various practical exercises associated with course offerings.
Responsible for the overall performance of contract role players.
Work jointly with instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to understand the requirement for roles required to execute practical exercises that support learning objectives.
Minimum of five (5) years' supervisory experience sufficient to ensure positive direction of subordinates.
Must have demonstrated experience in interfacing directly with the Government to capture, prioritize, and de-conflict requirements.
Possess excellent oral communication skills and have the ability to plan for, and manage, numerous complex and time critical activities simultaneously.
JCITA background highly preferred.
