    Mayvin is currently seeking experienced applicants to provide support as a Senior Analyst in the Army G-8 Force Development Directorate.


    This position is contingent upon award.


    Clearance is required. (Either a Secret or TS/SCI, depending on the Directorate you will be working in)


    Provide methods, plans and policy recommendations based on studies and analyses regarding the areas of development of warfighting capability requirements, force modernization, rapid acquisition/rapid equipping, Army studies and analyses, Army experimentation, test and evaluation, and science and technology. Provide assessments on the results of the implementation of changes to those methods and policies.

    Provide analysis, reviews, and recommendations regarding the establishment of Army policies and procedures concerning the development of Army requirements and Army warfighting to include: Army implementation of CJCSI 3170.01 JCIDS through AR 71-9 Army Materiel Requirements the Army Requirements Oversight (AROC) process.

    Provide analysis and develop recommendations to improve or refine the requirements determination process, and other processes affecting the delivery of materiel capabilities in order to synchronize and integrate current competing requirements to include the TRADOC Capability Needs Analysis (CNA).

    Provide analysis, reviews, and recommendations in support of the validation and approval of future materiel requirements to include validation of Army JCIDS documents (ICD, CDD, CPS) by the AROC.

    Assist in the staffing, coordination, and assembling comments on JCIDS and related acquisition products. Enters data in and review information in CAMs Knowledge Management Systems (KMS). Communicates status of requirements through the required approval processes. Performs mission analysis of potential requirements, prepares and briefs requirements approval documents. Supports Strategic Planning Assessment Reviews (SPAR) development and reviews. The contractor shall provide support in analysis and recommendations to Directorate of Materiel Hardware Divisions in support of SPARs.


    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Management, Economics, Math, Science, Engineering, History or English. A Master's degree in one of these areas will be accepted


    • Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties. Experience may be obtained at varying levels of Army organizations but candidatesmust have experience at most senior levels of the Army such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands.
