    Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Business Financial Management Analyst position that will provide analysis, development and preparation of business and financial management transactions and documents. The Business Financial Management Analysis will review financial data daily and conduct analyses of assigned projects/products requirements, funding, unfunded requirements, commitments, obligations, and disbursements for DoD Biometrics organization accounts.

    Active Secret clearance is required.

    Responsibilities

    • Support all financial management efforts of the Business Management Division by developing and managing scope, time, cost, quality, deliverables, resources, communications, risks, and procurements for BMD financial products to achieve targeted outcomes.
    • Responsible for leading assigned projects, preparing, supporting, and coordinating budget and financial management reports, processes and activities on a daily basis to meet mission requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Support meetings as contributor and coordinator for acquisition lifecycle planning with a focus on the business management financial planning aspects.
    • Research and recommend corrective actions and solution(s) to resolve complex financial problems and issues.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting related field; and at least seven (7) years of experience in DoD budgeting, formulation, and execution.

    Clearance:

    • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; active Secret clearance is required.

    Experience:

    • Must have working experience and knowledge of Army appropriations [e.g., Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA), Other Procurement, Army (OPA), and Research, Development, and Test (RDTE)].
    • Possess significant knowledge in analyzing financial management reports and business processes to determine enhancements and efficiencies needed to improve business management performance.
    • Experienced in conducting comprehensive in-depth evaluative analyses of business financial operations and procedures to initiate/develop/recommend modifications in order to enhance processes and/or correct identified deficiencies.
