Mayvin® is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst that will support Naval Special Warfare Training and Readiness Management System (NTRMS). This position will be located on Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, CA. The primary objective of this requirement is to obtain a Business Analyst to support development, deployment and sustainment of NTRMS.


You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered. Secret clearance is required.

This position is contingent on contract award.


  • Support the task lead with overall coordination of NSW Business Systems development planning through implementation projects.
  • Support project scope, priorities, and deliverables schedule deadlines.
  • Participate in discussions and obtain consensus among various project stakeholders, such as analysts, engineers, users, and Government Project Managers.
  • Solicit NTRMS functional requirements from NSW community users.
  • Analyze information and user requirements; collate and recommend prioritization of functional requirements for coding and testing.
  • Develop mock-ups for future NTRMS feature additions to support web developer programming/coding.
  • Provide technical writing, reports, user training and support, user job aids, participate in stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
  • Analyze NSW command business needs and processes, and interpret into NTRMS application features and design criteria for developers.
  • Conduct software testing, problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and user support.
  • Conduct NTRMS briefs and demonstrations with audiences that vary between the broader user community and the enterprise executive level.
  • Conduct NTRMS application user training.
  • Monitor community data input and provide feedback on data quality issues to echelon IV command leadership.
  • Create monthly status reports due No Later Than (NLT) 10 days after end of month. The report shall summarize work performed and major accomplishments



  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is highly preferred but not required


  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Current Secret clearance required.


  • Possess three or more years of experience in modern web-based business application support including skills in program management, agile software development, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, problem solving, requirements collection, technical documentation, application testing and operations, and user support and training.
  • Possess a thorough comprehension of NSW community structure, business processes, readiness factors, and training and reporting requirements.
  • Be proficient with the Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) application and data.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Excel macros and possess a basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • Possess at least three years of project management/supervision experience.
