Mayvin® is currently seeking an experienced Cyber Administrative Specialist for an effort in support of Naval Special Warfare Command's (NSWC) N6, Command, Control, Communications, Communications and Intelligence (C4I) department. The primary objective of this effort is to provide NSWC's N6, C4I department with cyber administrative support to assist with execution of department functions. This position will be located on Naval Amphibious Base-Coronado, CA. 


You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered. Current Secret clearance required.

This position is contingent on contract award.


  • Provide a variety of administrative tasks:
    • Assist with cyber security documentation and package accreditation processes including creation, submission, routing, and status management
    • Document/report preparation, proofreading, editing, formatting
    • Development/editing of Microsoft Powerpoint (PPT) briefs (e.g., program reviews, info/decision briefs)
    • Word document initiation/editing (e.g., tasking letters, memos, trip reports, instructions, FITREPs)
    • Preparing and reviewing Naval Messages and official correspondence
    • Preparing and routing cyber security accreditation documents and packages for signature
    • Assisting with various cyber security administrative tasks
    • Creating and managing spreadsheets and other digital documents
    • Creating and reviewing meeting minutes
    • Memoranda preparation
    • Supporting working groups and conferences coordination
    • Preparing for, setting up, and facilitating weekly department meetings
    • Scheduling and managing VTC and virtual meetings as required
  •  Track status of:
    • Department calendar events creation and management
    • Remedy change requests and trouble tickets
    • Working group preparation action items
    • Inspector General inspection preparation action items
    • Upon notification by the Program manager of contract deliverables receipt, enter “date received” in tracking spreadsheet
    • Task Management Tool (TMT) tasks and actions
    • Documents in staffing
    • NSWC N6 endorsements of other department efforts
    • Data gathering, minor research (i.e., look up instructions, directives, etc.)
    • Conference and Working Group support (set-up, arrange location, etc.)
    • Schedules (meetings, conferences, etc.)
    • Assist in Microsoft SharePoint Portal content management
    • Data entry
  • Data records management support:
    • Publishing documents to the Master Document Center (MDC)
    • Assist records managers (monitoring MDC, shared drive, portal, etc.)
    • Migrate shared drive files to MDC
    • Assist with file management plan development
    • Monitor file locations and report issues with file management plan implementation
    • Assist with SharePoint portal content update and management




  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited educational institution is required.  


  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Current Secret clearance required.


  • 5-years of experience in an administrative support field
  • Prior experience performing administrative duties for the US Government agencies is required.
  • Experience in supporting dissemination of US Government policies, records management processes, policy document and brief preparation, tracking and organizing information, and procedures related to any of the following categories, including:
    • Processing correspondence for approval
    • preparing briefs for leadership decisions
    • managing office supplies
    • monitoring measures of organizational effectiveness
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using MS Office Suite applications (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Adobe Reader.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) (Task Management Tool and Defense Ready) Hewlett Packard (HP) Trim (records management) and military Fitness Report applications.
  • Experience in managing classified material and performing classified document control functions.
