Overview

Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Business Intelligence Project Manager position that will support a DoD client at SPAWAR in N. Charleston, SC.

 

This position is contingent on contract award. Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support requirements, development, deployment and sustainment of the organization's Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence capabilities and Business analytics

 

  • Support includes creation of organization's metrics, self-service BI reporting capabilities using SAP Business Objects suite of tools, multi-source complex data calls, ETL (Extract Transform and Load) strategies and implementation, business analysis and visualizations.

 

  • Provide support with creating and maintaining BI knowledge transfer artifacts, materials, BI software development lifecycle processes, data dictionaries, and end-user supporting documentation.

 

  • Develop and recommend visualization options through dashboards and business objects to link decision makers to the data in a meaningful and actionable way.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS degree in Business or Statistics, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems.

 

Clearance:

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.

 

Experience:

  • Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C5ISR Business Intelligence.
  • Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test & Evaluation of Business Intelligence.
  • Four (4) years as manager of DoD C4ISR acquisitions Program, to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals, and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.           
  • Ten (10) years’ experience in complex data integration projects and successful Business Intelligence implementations experience is required. Note: Experience may be concurrent.
