    Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Procurement Technician position to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center located in Crane, IN. 


    • Provides a variety of document preparation and handling services in support of the contracting organization.
    • Responsible for gathering information, create spreadsheets and track date for procurement progress.
    • Responsible for tracking and maintaining bankcard requisitions. 
    • Reviews Purchase Card Requisition forms and ensure that all documentation is correct, and prepare bankcard acquisition packages.
    • Ensure Purchase Card Requisition Form (PCRF)s and MILSTRIP (Military Standard
    • Review Purchase Requests and validate the purchase requests for financial, asset and OM&S (Operating Materials and Supplies) accuracy.
    • Maintain metrics for bankcard purchase requisitions, acquisition packages, budget/financial, and COR database metrics.




    • Bachelor’s degree is not required, but preferred. If the candidate does not possess a degree, he/she must have at least 1-3 years of related experience.
    • The candidate must posess an active SECRET clearance. 
    • The candidate should have at least 1-3 years of related experience.
    • Must possess excellent Oral and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
    • Organizational and time management skills and the ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
    • Working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Data Analysis, SQL; database management.
    • Possesses practical knowledge of procurement procedures, operations, and regulations.
    • Strong problem solving skills, team player, motivated, well organized, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
