    Mayvin® is currently seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support Special Operations Command Control, Computers and Communications (C4I) systems. The successful candidate will provide training, equipment evaluations, data research, and develop best practices for unique and varied situations to ensure the intelligence organization is linked to the entire enterprise worldwide. Active TS/SCI is required.


    • Manages the integration and development of new technologies, and maintains proficiency on commercial and military network trends and advances
    • Identifies and establishes requirements and priorities for current and future communications-information programs, projects, and equipment
    • Provides staff advice, guidance, direction, assistance and consultation in response to requests pertaining to various management issues
    • Performs system cost/benefit analysis and identifies communication equipment and software enhancement requirements supporting a wide variety of special operations missions
    • Provides recommendations on integrating and fielding products and equipment into the networks
    • Troubleshoots problems that arise during integration of Command, Control, Computers and Communications (C4I) systems, advanced visualization and multi-touch equipment and full motion video distribution
    • Reviews work of subordinates for adequacy and compliance with instructions and policy to ensure that requests meet requirements of the mission



    • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study from a fully accredited institution. (Advanced degree preferred but not required)
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification preferred
    • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 certification preferred
    • DoD 8570.01m certification required
    • Certifications must be less than 2.5 years old


    • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI (active) is required.


    • Minimum of ten years of experience as a network engineer
    • Experience managing, testing, and maintaining the proficiency of all areas of network and airborne communication program to include: understanding the architectures of a wide range of airborne communication communications systems, and integrating network equipment and airborne systems utilizing traditional networking, radio, or satellite communications
    • Experience supporting Special Operations Command organizations
    • Experience with the military is preferred
    •  Strong communication, organizational, creative, analytical, and problem solving skills
    • Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members, clients and company management
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
