Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced Lead Training Aid Support Weapons Simulations (Small Arms) personnel to provide and maintain training aid inventories, maintaining the training aids to keep them in operational order, creating simulations on the different training aid systems, operating the training aid systems, and teach instructors to operate the training aid systems.

You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered for this position. This position is contingent on contract award. No security clearance is required.


  • Ensure compliance with CG Ordinance Manual, Department of the Army Pamphlet 38-563 (Range Safety).
  • Monitor range safety in accordance with CG and USMC regulations.
  • Contractors shall work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork with all Government and Contract team members.



  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or university.
  • A combination of education and experience consisting of courses equivalent to an Associates degree and a minimum of eight 8 years of experience supporting tactical training and training aid programs can be substituted for a bachelor's degree.


  • No security clearance is required


  • Minimum of five (5) years experience supporting tactical training and training aid programs
  • Must possess experience with the Coast Guard weapons simulation training aid systems program, or similar
  • Ability to understand the position requirements under the USCG posts/needs statement
