    The Mayvin Consulting Group, Inc. (Mayvin®) is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Sr. Collection Manager position that will support a DoD client at MacDill AFB, FL. The successful candidate will gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in various areas.

    Must be a U.S. citizen. Position requires ability to deploy to OCONUS locations. Top Secret/ SCI clearance is required.


    • Support ISR Assessments.
    • Support the preparation of intelligence documents related to Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Tactics Techniques Procedures (TTPs) and other related documents in support of USCENTCOM requirements.
    • Comply with training and qualification standards as stipulated in DoDI 3325.08, DoDM 3305.02 and the HQ DIA Certified CM Professional ­ Fundamentals (CCMP-F) Program.
    • Supports the development of policies, collection strategies, and plans to employ ISR assets across the range of conventional and special operations in the USCENTCOM AOR.
    • Supports the development of collection strategies that leverage the strengths of multiple intelligence disciplines to fulfill intelligence requests, planning efforts and to address gaps in existing strategies.
    • Review and adjust developed collection strategies based on reporting, collector accesses and requestors' revised information needs.
    • Manage TMT and E-Task functions through delegation, tracking, and daily status briefs through internal tools; knowledge management for future tools use.
    • Applies advanced intelligence planning concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, methods and techniques when developing multi-INT collection strategies.
    • Applies theories and new ISR developments during development and makes recommendations to intelligence planning policies and programs.



    • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.


    • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret/ SCI clearance is required.


    • A minimum of 8 years of intelligence analysis experience or specialized training with five years at the operational level in of support SOF operations.
    • At least 10 years Collections Management Intelligence experience or equivalent intelligence/academic experience or recognized specialist in relevant field.
    • Should have sufficient analytical experience (5 years) with USCENTCOM, DoD or equivalent Government agencies required.
    • Working knowledge on Collection Requirements Management systems as follows: Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access) GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) Planning Tool for Resource Integration Synchronization and Management (PRISM) National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP).
    • Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
    • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
    • Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
    • Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
    • Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with military personnel, federal civilians, other contractors and company management.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Prepared and able to support travel requirements, CONUS and OCONUS (in a potentially hostile environment).
    • Pass medical physical and deployment medical rep release, be physically capable, and in good health without chronic medical conditions requiring frequent contact or monitoring by medical professionals.
